I did just as you said, used Clover to create an EFI partition on the MacOS SSD, copied my USB Drive CLOVER folder on it, ejeted the USB drive, and booted on the SSD. I ended up on a black screen...     Update: Samsung SSD 970 Evo Plus turns out to be completely incompatible with hackintosh. I read it on this thread and experienced it. Once unplugged I was finally able to install Mojave on another HDD.
