Anyone installed this? I did it last night via the OS X Update notification and everything seems to work as well as it did before with the exception of front I/O USB3 which is now not working again. It did check for updates again once it had downloaded it, and then found the same update again, which I ignored and chose to restart and it installed ok. This did not work with my separate APFS Mojave installation I had on an external HDD so maybe I need to manually download an update file.

Just got my Hackintosh USB 3 work with custom SSDT.

My system doesn't seem to boot up completely after this update. Screen goes off during boot and then nothing happens...

Boot your system by adding '-v' flag in clover boot loader.
So you can see what happened during the booting procedure and fix that issue.

I used this patch:
Name:com.apple.driver.usb.AppleUSBXHCI
Find: 83FB0F0F 838F0400 00
Replace: 83FB0F90 90909090 90
MatchOS:10.14.1

Only problem: all the peripherals work, but not my external card reader (mystery of faith).

It actually just make USB 3 devices appear but not include the speed.

That was the same for me, they appear but only have USB2.0 speeds...
And with 10.14.2 they disappeared for me again...
USB3.1 ports, both A and C port work for me though... So just thinking of getting a USB3 hub and plug into the USB3.1 Type-A port and not worry about the USB3 issues of Hackintoshing...

Custom SSDT is the only way.
I was created a custom SSDT, and they’re running well.

Just that I have no idea how to make them... tried to follow the thread over at Tonymac, but I just don't understand how to do it. I'm a musician and a visual artist, this computer wizardry easily goes above my head ;)

Apologies for not replying to this thread earlier. I am eyeing up the two proper methods, either creating custom SSDT or USB kext, will do it over Xmas. I seem to have managed to get by so far with the USB kext patch for 10.14.1 but it's unnecessary aggravation every time I update the OS. Cheers.
