Sorry, not sure what else I can suggest. I've not tried to create an macOS installer with Windows so my knowledge of the processes available is limited.

That's a good find over at GitHub. Using all of the patches that have been written for 10.12.x from the config.plist you linked, should get you through the installation without the need to remove the kexts.

You can remove the kexts listed in the InsanelyMac guide once you have Sierra installed.

Yeah, thanks! Now Graphics works fine, Dvd player reports that everything is supported
by the way fixed trackpad using https://hackintosher.com/forums/thr...n-dell-vostro-3500-working-great-solved.1031/ advices except:
1) Battery doesn't show percentage
2) Sound isn't working
3) CPU works at maximum
4) Backlight is not under control

I've attached my api files, and aida hw report. If you got time to help, could you be so kind to look at them

Ok found solution for almost everything except sleep and brightness.
About SIP turning off config.plist->RtVariables->CsrActiveConfig ( 0x3E7) - turned off

Try different 'darkwake' boot arguments to see if they help resolve the sleep issues. Depending on your motherboard different darkwake settings work better. My Gigabyte MB works with darkwake=10, Asus boards work with darkwake=1 and ASRock/MSI boards work better with darkwake=8. The full range available in Clover Configurator is Darkwake=No, 0, 1, 2, 3, 4, 8 and 10.

Here is a guide/explanation on how Sleep and Hibernation work on a Mac v's a Hack - https://www.insanelymac.com/forum/topic/299721-sleep-hibernation-how-it-works-and-how-to-use/

Not sure what you mean by CsrActiveConfig turned off. But these are the normal options for SIP:
  1. CsrActiveConfig=0x67 (SIP disabled)
  2. CsrActiveConfig=0x3 (Sip partially disabled to allow unsigned kexts)
  3. CsrActiveConfig=0x0 (SIP enabled)
