Not a lot of people know this but you can get your sensors working on a Ryzen hackintosh using Slice's HWMonitor and XLNC instructions. I'm posting a reference to the steps and files here since I had a hard time finding it through google search.

Version: 3r86

INFO: This is used to monitor temps for AMD Systems.

Download: Ryzen HWMonitor Files

Details:
FakeSMC.kext - Mandatory for any Hackintosh
AmdCPUMonitor.kext - Temperature monitor for AMD CPU’s

ITEIT87x.kext - for ITE LPC chip, found on most Gigabyte and newer ASUS motherboards
W836x.kext - for Winbond or Nuvoton NCT LPC chips, usual for ASUS motherboards
F718x.kext - for Fintek chips

GeforceSensor.kext - for new NVidia cards (4xx, 5xx, .... 10xx series)
NVClockX.kext - for old NVidia cards (7xxx-9xxx series)
RadeonMonitor.kext - for Radeon videocard (HD4xxx+ - 8xxx, R7 4xx 5xx series)

HWMonitorSMC.app - Monitoring application
iStat pro.wdgt - Monitoring widget

HOW TO INSTALL:
- Put FakeSMC.kext in EFI/CLOVER/kexts/Others (Mandatory)
- Put AmdCPUMonitor.kext in EFI/CLOVER/kexts/Others
- Put choosen kext according to the LPC chip on your Motherboard in EFI/CLOVER/kexts/Others (check below NOTE )
- Put choosen kext according to your GPU in EFI/CLOVER/kexts/Others
- Put HWMonitorSMC.app in /Applications
- Double click the iStat pro.wdgt to install the widget
- when done , Reboot and open HWMonitorSMC.app and open the iStat pro widget from Dashboard.

NOTE: To check what LPC chip you have on your motherboard you can use AIDA64 Engineer on windows and it will listed under Sensors section or you can just guess trying each one at a time, until your CPU temps + fanspeed show up. For example my ASRock B350 motherboard ended up using W836x.kext and a Nuvoton chip, which I was able to figure out by googling ASRock B350 with the different chip names (ITE, Winbound, Nuvoton, Fintak) and then putting W836x.kext in my kext folder.

Thanks for the guide.

I am unable to get the CPU sensors to work (I have tried all three kexts). Also, I am unable to install/run iStat Pro widget as nothing happens when I try to open it. Any ideas?
