That screen image doesn’t look like it was taken when you are using the EFI folder I posted above.

There are a number of kexts that clash, are no longer used or should never be used together.

Try using the folder & config.plist I provided (again) and then post an image of the verbose text.
But I never change efi, kext or config.plist
I use your files and no change…it worked regularly until yesterday. then the block
i can try to boot from usb…

Well something has changed.

The folder I provided didn't contain these kexts:
  • FakeSMC.kext
  • CodecCommander.kext
  • Shiki.kext
So I know something has changed.

Maybe your system is booting from the EFI partition on a different drive? Have you checked your Bios Boot menu to see which drive is being used to boot the system?

Check that everything on the EFI partition for the USB is being copied to the EFI partition on your macOS drive, i.e. the whole EFI folder, not just the OC folder. The OC folder and contents of the /EFI/BOOT folder need to be paired, using a BOOT folder from a different version of OpenCore will not work.

The screenshot below shows the contents of my EFI folder on my macOS drive.

Your USB EFI folder will not include the /EFI/APPLE folder, but will include everything else.

You will notice that the /EFI/BOOT/BOOTx64.efi, the EFI/OC/OpenCore.efi and the Tools within the /EFI/OC/Tools folder all have the same 'Date Modified'. This is essential if OpenCore is to boot correctly.

Probably my mistake. I thought you were using OpenCore.

As you are using CLOVER not OpenCore you won't have the OC folder. The Apple folder only appears when you have undertaken an OS update.

Post a copy of your current Clover EFI and I will have another look.

Remember to delete/redact your Serial Number from the config.plist before you post a copy here.

The config.plist you are using is empty of any meaningful entries. So I am not surprised you can't boot.

Replace your config.plist with the config.plist attached below.

Good to hear it is working, but I have no idea how the config was replaced/swapped/emptied.
