Try the EFI folder I have linked in the Private Conversation I have started with you, use this EFI in place of your current one.

I have edited a few items, added a couple of additional SSDT's, config.plist patches, changed the SMBIOS Serial Number etc. as the one you are using was not passing the Apple support check.

I checked the folder and config against the Haswell Laptop OC guide when making the changes to the EFI contents and config.plist.

I have run the config.plist against the OC sanity checker -https://opencore.slowgeek.com/?file=laptophaswell066o8hsZ0&rs=laptophaswell066

There are only two significant errors in the Sanity Check file, both related to the SMC kexts for Battery manager and Light sensor.

It might be wise to try booting your system without the Battery manager kext, just to see if it fixes your stalling issue. Just remember if you remove a kext from the /EFI/OC/Kexts folder that you need to also disable or remove the entry in the config.plist.

I would confirm the your XPS laptop does contain an Ambient Light sensor, so the SMCLightSensor.kext should work.

As you do not have a patched DSDT.aml in your /EFI/OC/ACPI folder I would assume your battery has not been patched to 8bits.
