Post a copy of your EFI folder so we can see what you are using to boot macOS. Asking for help without providing any information other than a list of your system components isn't helpful. you need to provide the following, if you want constructive help:
  1. What are you currently using to install maCOS, i.e. Clover version, smbios, drivers, kexts?
  2. Where did you get your copy of macOS, i.e from the App Store or a Distro?
  3. How have you created your USB installation drive, Unibeast or CreateInstallMedia terminal command?
  4. Have you searched for a guide based on a dual Xeon system?

  1. What are you currently using to install maCOS, i.e. Clover version, smbios, drivers, kexts?
    1. MacOS: High Sierra 10.13.6
    2. Clover: 2.4k r4920
    3. Smbios: MacPro 6.1
    4. Drivers and kexts in attached file
  2. Where did you get your copy of macOS, i.e from the App Store or a Distro? -> I download from App Store
  3. How have you created your USB installation drive, Unibeast or CreateInstallMedia terminal command? -> I use CreateInstallMedia terminal command
  4. Have you searched for a guide based on a dual Xeon system? -> I searched for guide on a dual Xeon system on tonymacx86, insanelymac and a lot of links about my mainboard.
I have installed and booted from HDD but Nvidia web driver and clover config don't make GPU working

Can you help me to check DSDT too? I don't know what I need to patch

I see you have two DSDT files in /EFI/CLOVER?ACPI/origin. Which of them is the original unchanged DSDT - DSDT-or.aml?

What patches have been applied to the DSDT.aml found in /EFI/CLOVER/ACPI/patched?

IF neither are the unpatched original DSDT can you generate your ACPI files anew. This is accomplished by pressing F4 when you are at the Clover Boot Screen. The ACPI files for your system will be copied to /EFI/CLOVER/ACPI/origin folder, which you can copy and attach to a post here.

Here is my original file exported from Clover.

About DSDT in /EFI/CLOVER/ACPI/patched, I have patched from a very old guide (since 2012): DTGP, PWRB, SLPB, HPET, RTC, PIC, TMR, SATA, Ethernet, USB.

From reading the specification for your Asus Z9PA-D8 motherboard - https://www.asus.com/Commercial-Servers-Workstations/Z9PAD8/specifications/ and reviewing the drivers available for this board I believe the main components for your system, in respect of macOS, are as follows:
  • Intel C602 chipset
  • 2 x Intel 82574L Ethernet ports
  • ALC898 Audio codec
  • Asmedia ASM1042 USB ports (not sure which ports are managed by this controller)
  • Intel USB ports (at a guess I would say this manages the USB 2 ports and on-board headers)
  • 2 x Xeon E5 2670 (Sandy Bridge EP CPU)
I do not believe your CPU's support SSE 4.1 instruction set, which is required for the latest versions of macOS. So you may need to remain on Sierra or High Sierra. Here is a link to the specification sheet for your two CPU's - https://ark.intel.com/content/www/u...0-20m-cache-2-60-ghz-8-00-gt-s-intel-qpi.html

I have gone through your CLOVER folder and made the following changes:
  1. Deleted the config_bak.plist
  2. Removed the patched DSDT from /CLOVER/ACPI/patched folder
  3. Added SSDT-XOSI to your /CLOVER/ACPI/patched folder
  4. Removed AudioDxe-64.efi from /CLOVER/drivers64 folder
  5. Added ApfsDriverLoader-64.efi to /CLOVER/drivers64 folder
  6. Removed AudioDxe-64.efi and VBoxHfs-64.efi from /CLOVER/drivers64UEFI folder
  7. Added HFSPlus-64.efi to /CLOVER/drivers64UEFI folder
  8. Deleted the embedded and random clover themes from /CLOVER/themes folder
  9. Added 'minimal' theme to /CLOVER/themes folder
  10. Removed the following kexts from /CLOVER/kexts/Other:
    1. AppleIntelE1000e.kext
    2. AtherosE2200Ethernet.kext
    3. RealtekRTL8100.kext
    4. RealtekRTL8111.kext
  11. Added the following kexts to /CLOVER/kexts/Other:
    1. IONetworkingFamilyInjector.kext (Intel 82574L ethernet fix)
  12. Updated the other kexts in /CLOVER/kexts/Other.
I changed your config.plist as follows:
  • Added and updated a number of DSDT/SSDT rename patches
    • change _OSI to XOSI
    • change _DSM to XDSM
    • change EC0 to EC
    • change H_EC to EC
    • change HECI to IMEI
    • change GLAN to GIGE
    • change LPC to LPCB
  • Added a couple of ACPI fixes -
    • FixRegion=true
    • DeleteUnused=true
  • Removed the Drop table entries for CpuPM and Cpu0Ist
  • added ACPI fixes
    • AutoMerge
    • Halt Enabler
  • Removed debug=0x100 boot argument
  • Added default Loader = BOOT.efi
  • Removed NeverDoRecovery=true
  • Enabled Mouse option
  • Added Legacy First to Scan Entries section
  • Added Language=EN (English)
  • Added Screen Resolution = 1600x1200
  • Added Theme= minimal
  • Added the following Hide Volume names:
    • \EFI\BOOT\BOOTX64.EFI
    • Recovery
    • Windows
    • Legacy
  • Changed Inject Nvidia=true to false
  • Removed the USB port Limit patches for 10.14.5
  • Added Disable board-id check patch
  • Added Board Serial Number to complete MLB details
  • Checked your SMBios serial number with EveryMac and Apple Support, both passed
  • Changed Inject Kexts=true to Detect
I will have a look at disassembling your DSDT and any SSDT's in your ACPI/origin folder and come back to you if I have any joy patching and compiling a new DSDT. However a lot of the fixes that would normally be applied to the DSDT are included in the config.plist.

Try this CLOVER folder in place of your current CLOVER folder and let me know if it helps.

I have tried your CLOVER and result below:
1. I got an error like attached file. This image has been taken since 23/5/2019 and I found solution from link: https://www.insanelymac.com/forum/t...ities-for-x79-appleacpiplatform-panic/?page=2.
2. Put back my DSDT to /EFI/CLOVER/ACPI/patched -> I can boot in to Mac OS again but slower, it hangs at kextd stall IOHDACodecFunction about 4 munites and "ioconsoleusers gioscreenlockstate 3 hs 0 bs 0 now 0 sm 0x0" about 2 munites
3. Ethernet not working any more

Hi huymcmc!

As a owner of same mobo, i´m sorry to say that Z9PA-D8 is a trap for hackintosh.
It´s cheaper than Z9PE, but the PCI wiring makes Clover wrong PCI injection
As other users I tried DSDT Editing but no luck for me, im not expert
I spent weeks trying to fix the boot error.

Everything works but GPU
no way!
https://www.tonymacx86.com/threads/asus-z9pa-8dc-rebooting.197241/
I check other forums and as subzerofun said i´ve only got it running Sierra (with working graphics) in combination with a "vm linux" like unRAID
He said no matter nvidia or amd card.

Stable an easy installation.

Lots of info on Spaceinvader One youtube channel

Vm is near baremetal speed. I´m sorry i've surrendered trying to install it any other way apart from as a VM machine. A bit slow but everything works OB

Good Luck!

QE/CI works great (following installation instructions) as unRAID VM macOS Sierra 10.12.4

Benchmarks on same machine.
Sure system could be more optimized, but for now ...

My GTX970 passhtrough Geekbench results:
https://browser.geekbench.com/v4/compute/3700397

2x Xeon e5-2670 Geekbench (30/32 threads on VM) as Penryn results:
https://browser.geekbench.com/v4/cpu/12158472

OpenCL Score GTX970
90122
mac VM vs Windows10 108266

near 17% drop

Z9PA-D8 Series Geekbench
Windows10
Single 2941 Multi 24242
macOS Sierra
Single 2326 Multi 22257

near Single 20% - Multi 10% drop

I do not want to choose a side. I prefer to be able to choose the best in each moment.
Good Luck!

I have successed but my Geekbench results are very low and CPU was recognized as Core Solo. Can you give me your config about your CPU @Branias_ ?

Thanks

You have to modify de VM XML configuration file, and make cpu work as a Penryn processor.

On unRaid, you have to edit VM configuration on XML mode and paste everything below the </metadata> tag.

But i repeat, best unRaid tutorials on
https://www.youtube.com/channel/UCZDfnUn74N0WeAPvMqTOrtA

Good luck!
