HELP ME DEBUG, PLEASE

Hi, I have a Hackintosh that I use mainly to edit videos. Everything works well, but it is as slow as an SSD and I have a SSD m.2. Sometimes when loading videos it is slow too and hangs for a while. Can somebody please take a look and help me improve my system for the best results possible?
If you can help me, I can send you all my desktop system info
My MOBO is a Z390 Designare
Processor i9900-k

Ian,

Start a Private Conversation with me, and provide a link to your EFI folder and any other information. Host it on a Cloud storage site, in a shared folder, so that I can download the files. I will see what if anything needs attention.

Could be a defective M.2 drive. Could be over heating. Are you monitoring the drives temps?

If you haven't already I would recommend you create a backup/Clone of your drive in case it suddenly fails.
