Is there any guide on how to patch the DSDT and SSDT as I'm very new to it. If you don't mind teaching, could you let me know from where I should start?

Should be but you need to go to System Preferences > Sound to make sure your speakers are selected.

Screenshot 2019-09-23 at 15.51.54.png Screenshot of Output tab in Sound preferences, with list of sound options. My USB speakers are selected.

Screenshot 2019-09-23 at 15.52.04.png Screenshot of the Sound Effects tab in Sound Preferences, again with my USB speakers selected, clicking on one of the sound files in the list plays the sound, easiest way to test if your speakers are working.

They should also be showing up in System Information > Audio, see screenshot below showing my Audio options. Go to About This Mac, Select 'System Report' and navigate down to the Audio report.

They don't work as they should, the speed of the ports is wrong i.e. USB2 speeds when using a USB3 device in a USB3 port, they cause instant reboots when you put your system to sleep.

Depends on why it isn't working and what isn't working.

Are you sure the drive is in a slot that is bootable? Can you select it in the bios as the priority drive?

Which NVME drive are you using, most third-party , i.e. non-Apple NVME drives, now work in the later versions of High Sierra and Mojave without any need to add patched kexts etc.
