Ok, I have created a config.plist for you. Not sure it will work but it is the best I can do without more information, see attached config_timb123.plist. Try this config in place of your current one, just rename the downloaded file as config.plist before you try to use it.
Can you confirm how your Windows Hard Drive is formatted, i.e GPT (GUID) or MBR?
How are you installing Clover to your USB drive, UEFI or Legacy?
Yeah, unfortunately that image is what I would expect to see if there was an issue with an AptioFix driver.
If you have tried all the different drivers one at a time and that is the best result you are getting I think it is probably the Graphics that are adding to this issue. That seems to be the main stumbling block where people are trying to hack a similar Atom or Celeron low power CPU with built-in Intel gfx, that are not compatible with macOS.
