Sorry but you need to explain your problem a bit more clearly. From the images and the display connection details I would assume you are having issues with the screen resolution. But don't know where the speckled screen comes in to this issue.

You need to confirm the model of the CPU you are using, i3 doesn't cut it.
Also confirm if your motherboard is a Gigabyte GA-B250M-DS3H or another make/model.

I hop you are aware that Apple don't use/have never used VGA connectors in any of their systems and they can be really flaky/problematic when used with a hack.

Apple use DisplayPort or Thunderbolt connections for their systems. If at all possible the DisplayPort should be your first choice of display connection.

If DisplayPort is not available then look at using a DVI connection to the monitor. Failing that then a HDMI (to HDMI) connection.

VGA as a last resort and you should expect problems.

Adapters like your HDMI to VGA adapter bring another source of issues, as some work and other don't, or not without a lot of issues.

1. CPU - i3 - 7 th Gen
2. Gigabyte - B250M-DS3H

Before going into let me explain clearly
2 Issues I have
  1. When I connect CPU to Monitor Connecting by VGA Cable it gives me Rose Color - 1st Image
  2. When I connect CPU to Monitor Connecting by HDMI Cable ( it gives me nothing - 2nd Image check
HDMI cable means Hdmi to VGA Converter Adapter

This is the last time I will ask, which i3 CPU are you using? There are eight (8) desktop Kaby Lake i3 processors, so you need to confirm which of the eight you are using.

It probably uses a HD 630 IGPU, which has a device ID = 0x5912.

VGA display connections are not supported in macOS.

The Rose colour distortion is due to you using an Analog connection when macOS expects a Digital connection to the monitor.

Using an adapter is always risky and likely to fail, as they are subject to so many variants as the signals need to be converted from Digital to Analog, and the speckled screen is a common outcome. Especially with cheap adapters/cables.

Which monitor are you using, i.e. provide the Manufacturer and Model number? Does it support any other connection modes, i.e. DVI?

What difference does it make if you use the DVI connector on the motherboard and the one on the display?

Obviously you need to use the Built-in Audio device (Realtek ALC887 codec) as DVI doesn't pass sound to the speakers.

Those two screenshots look OK.... Is this what you get with the DVI connection?

For Future reference if you want to show how your display is connected etc. Take a screenshot of the System Information > Graphics/Display report, as seen in the example below:

Screenshot 2021-02-28 at 18.40.36.png About This Mac > System Report > Graphics/Display report

Also for future reference your CPU is probably the i3-7100 as that is the only Kaby Lake desktop i3 processor with a 3.90 GHz frequency.

You still need help?

Try using the attached config.plist in place of your current one.
  • I have added two framebuffer entries for your IGPU,
    • framebuffer-patch-enable, and
    • framebuffer-stolenmem
  • I have cleaned up the config, removing a number of unnecessary placeholder entries (all set as false) to make your config easier to read and navigate.

You could also try this config.plist, which has an alternative AAPL,ig-platform-id for your Kaby Lake IGPU - 00001659 in place of 00001259.

Both should work with your desktop CPU/IGPU but the alternative framebuffer may work without giving off the Rose tint.

There are other framebuffers you can try, see this list of Kaby Lake framebuffers. One of the Desktop entries with active connectors should work.

There are five (5) desktop framebuffers in the list above, we have only tried two of the five. See if one of the others works any better.

Did you ever try using a DVI to DVI cable for the display connection?

If no, why not?

If yes, what difference did it make, if any?
