Your RTX 3060 is not supported in any version of macOS. Are you disabling the Nvidia card with a Boot Argument or custom SSDT? The WhateverGreen.kext -wegnoegpu boot argument would be easiest to use.

You need to use your Comet Lake Intel GPU for all graphics processes in macOS. So your display needs to be connected to one of the motherboards display output connectors.

The Forcing CS_Runtime for Entitlement stall is not a kernel panic. According to the Dortania OC troubleshooting guide you just need to leave the computer finish the process, this will take some time, but do not turn the computer off.

See here for link to relevant section in troubleshooting guide - https://dortania.github.io/OpenCore...forcing-cs-runtime-for-entitlement-in-big-sur

Hi again,
I let it run longer but now it is stuck after a log saying « <warning>: Service exited with abnormal code: 1 »
This log came just after the « Forcing CS_RUNTIME... »
Is it still worth it waiting even more ?

What else have you connected to your system, the error in the last screen image relates to a mobile Accessory Adapter!

I would recommend that you Disconnect any accessories, additional drives USB/SATA etc. only have the drive you are installing macOS on to attached, along with your mouse and keyboard.

Post a copy of your OC or Clover folder so I can see what you are using and what might be causing this issue.

Here is a revised OC folder based on OpenCore 0.6.9. I have edited the folder and its contents to better reflect your Comet Lake Z490 system.

I did this specifically because your config.plist had duplicate entries and entries in the wrong order.

Your NXT Z490 board has a Realtek 2.5GB Ethernet controller, not an Intel controller, so the additional patch you had in your config.plist shouldn't be required. If it is it can be added back once you have booted macOS.

I have also taken the liberty to add the OC GUI, in place of the picker list. Easy to remove if you don't like it.

See if this OC folder gets you any further along with the boot process.

Check your bios settings are as shown below:

OC Bios settings
Disable
  • Fast Boot
  • Secure Boot
  • Serial/COM Port/Super IO port
  • Parallel Port
  • VT-d
  • CSM
  • Thunderbolt
  • Intel SGX
  • Intel Platform Trust
  • CFG Lock (MSR 0xE2 write protection) This must be off, if you can't find the option then enable AppleXcpmCfgLock under Kernel -> Quirks. Your hack will not boot with CFG-Lock enabled
Enable
  • VT-x
  • Above 4G decoding
  • Hyper-Threading
  • Execute Disable Bit
  • EHCI/XHCI Hand-off
  • OS type: Windows 8.1/10 UEFI Mode
  • DVMT Pre-Allocated(iGPU Memory): 64MB
  • SATA Mode: AHCI
Your system may not have all these settings, some may be hidden within other settings, CSM and UEFI booting being the ones to spring to mind.

Try again after checking/changing your bios settings.

In your systems BIOS.

You need to press the 'Del' key or an 'F' key to access your motherboards bios.

I don't know which key is required for your NZXT board, but it is usually shown on the Splash screen when your system boots.

You need to look in each sub-menu to be sure it is not present, some manufacturers hide settings in unusual locations. Some your bios my not display and that is also not uncommon.

Just so you know the NZXT boards use a bios/UEFI created by ASRock.

If your Bios has a 'Classic Mode' switching to that mode might make finding things easier.

I looked in all the sub-menu but here are the option I could not find:
  • Serial/COM Port/Super IO port
  • Parallel Port
  • Thunderbolt
  • VT-x
  • Execute Disable Bit
  • OS type: Windows 8.1/10 UEFI Mode
  • DVMT Pre-Allocated(iGPU Memory): 64MB

but see the picture for my last issue
